2024-352 - As-Needed Cleaning Services for APCHA

The intent of this Scope of Work is to describe the cleaning services required at Aspen Pitkin County Housing Authority (APCHA) owned properties. APCHA directly manages and maintains five apartment complexes for a total of 358 apartments in Aspen, Colorado, including long-term, winter seasonal, and senior priority apartments. This Scope of Work also includes cleaning of the management housing office, common areas, and laundry rooms. Apartment in-unit cleaning is performed only when a tenant moves out and is not a regular, daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning task. APCHA Property Managers will communicate the need and schedule a set time with cleaning company. Duration of contract is initially a 1-year period with the option to renewal of two 1-year extensions.
