The City of Arvada (City) is requesting written proposals from qualified firms with experience in program management, oversight,
facilitation, and documentation of value engineering, O&M risk register, action and decision log, and program schedule for all project
disciplines such as engineering design services, sustainability, construction cost estimating, construction management, and
construction administration and commissioning to act as Owner’s Advisor (OA) for the Water Treatment Plant Replacement Project.
The City is specifically seeking the services of an Owner Advisor firm with highly successful experience in program management and
water treatment design, with developing creative projects that are environmentally responsible and resource efficient.
The City intends to establish a Project Management Team composed of our selected design firm, Jacobs Engineering, the Construction
Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC to be selected), and the OA (per this solicitation award) to successfully complete the project.
Other project members will include the Raw Water Infrastructure and Finished Water Infrastructure teams, but these team members
have not been determined/selected at this time. Team members must be committed to partner and collaborate together on developing
and achieving project goals.
