Description

The City and County of Denver, hereinafter referred to as the City, desires to solicit proposals relating to the purchase of services to replace Heating (steam) and Cooling control valves and coils as well as replacement of one 40-HP exhaust fan in c.1978 Boettcher Concert Hall. System is controlled by an Alerton Building Management System. This work is occurring in an active performance and rehearsal venue.  Work hours will be typical weekday/daytime hours, but some days will be identified in advance as no-work days to accommodate sensitive events.  The winning vendor will need to be able to schedule accordingly to this constraint.
