This RFP is by invitation only. If you have not received an invitation for the Standards Boot Camp directly from the Purchasing Analyst/City, you are not eligible to respond to this solicitation.

The City and County of Denver is seeking innovative approaches to traditional community corrections programs, preferably from qualified local service providers for Tooley Hall at 4280 Kearney St, Denver, CO 80216. Services should de-emphasize those practices which reinforce institutionalization and should instead focus on normalization. This solicitation is solely for gender responsive programming for women at Tooley Hall. A second solicitation for other community corrections services will be released, at a later date, for other locations.

Although this RFP is specific for Tooley Hall, attendance is highly recommended for anyone planning on proposing for this RFP and the second RFP as well.
