29609 - Case Management Software The Denver Labor Division of the Denver Auditors Office

Currently the City does not have a case management system for its Wage Theft Team to work with one platform. Preference is not to continue using multiple platforms (Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheets, OneDrive, etc.) as much of this process is done manually and is time consuming for all parties involved. 

The City is seeking input from the marketplace to become more familiar with current market trends, new developments, and proposers’ offerings that will be incorporated into a future solicitation.
