This RFP is soliciting applications for fiscal year 2026 (March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027) RWHAP, Part A continued funding, additional funding and/or new provider funding. RWHAP funds assist eligible program providers in developing or enhancing access to a comprehensive continuum of high quality, community-based care for low-income individuals and families with HIV through the provision of RWHAP, Part A and MAI funded service categories.
