Submission Process Acknowledgement- Two Step Bid

The City and County of Broomfield will be using a Two Step Solicitation process as part of this Request for Qualifications and Pricing Competitive Sealed Two Step Proposal for selecting a Construction Contractor.

As part of the online Proposal Submission Process, Proposers will be required to use a two-step Online Envelope Process, which will include:

Envelope Step One- Proposal Submission
Envelope Step Two- Pricing

Each item must be submitted separately. Pricing may not be submitted as part of Step One, doing so may be grounds for disqualification from the Proposal. Any items submitted in Envelope Step Two, which are not part of pricing, will not be considered as accepted.
