25Q0022 & 25U0007 - Lakeview Cemetery Infrastructure

The Work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of columbarium footer foundations and associated civil work, as well as the rehabilitation of the cemetery fence. Scope items include excavation and construction of six columbarium footer foundations with related concrete flatwork; removal and relocation of trees; and related works. The project also includes the rehabilitation of the wrought iron fence, historic entrance gate and pedestrian gates. As part of this work, two fence posts and three adjoining panels shall be reconstructed to establish a designated vehicle access point, see the sketch. These components shall be designed and constructed for long-term durability and reliability, enabling them to withstand decades of use. They must allow for secure installation in their normal position while permitting easy removal and reattachment by staff whenever temporary vehicle access is needed.
