The City and County of Broomfield is seeking a Consultant to rewrite the Interstate 25 (“I-25”) Sub Area Plan as phase two (“Phase 2”) of the I-25 Sub Area Plan rewrite based upon the findings and direction from the 2024 I-25 Sub Area Plan Rewrite Phase I Scoping of Best Practices and Innovations. Phase 2 includes necessary engagement and technical analysis to produce a new I-25 Sub Area Plan.
