Piggyback Contract

Description

The SFA requests proposals in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for purchasing fresh produce products specified in the attached spreadsheet. CCSD currently purchases the majority of its produce through the Department of Defense (DoD) program. This RFP is intended for purchasing produce that is not available from the DoD program. CCSD is interested in finding vendors who will cultivate relationships with local farmers. This solicitation will be evaluated with additional points given for geographic preference of local Colorado produce.

Term of Contract: This contract shall commence on July 1, 2025, and shall remain in effect through June 30, 2026 (2025-2026 school year). This contract will include four, one year renewals should both parties agree in writing.
