The goal of this partnership is to collaboratively recruit people into the teaching profession, diversify our workforce, get new educators properly licensed, and ensure that the coursework to get licensed meets the high standards that Colorado administrators expect of their candidates.
A successful partnership would achieve state approval for licensing educators, increase the number of candidates applying for teaching jobs in Colorado, increase the diversity of the talent pool, bring candidates that meet the standards for licensure, and would include a financial partnership where CASE is compensated for utilizing our name and reputation as part of any agreement.
