The City of Central (“City”), is seeking an experienced gaming organization or collection of organizations (“Partner”) to lease and operate a casino operation at the city-owned Scarlets Building, 130 Main Street, Central City, CO 80427. Use of the building for other uses will also be considered. This is a unique opportunity to develop a partnership that aligns with the City’s long-term economic development, historic preservation and arts and entertainment goals. By developing a long-standing relationship and plan to activate the Scarlets Building, and potentially the Bridge Gateway Area (described on the City website), this project will embrace and support existing and new gaming ventures in the gaming district.
