Modification 1 was not posted on Bidnet and was replaced and posted on Bidnet with Modification 2 - Modified RFP to match VSS Word version posted to REVISE the budget amount. All else remains the same. This version supersedes all others.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from qualified Proposers to provide a solution, mostly using the software and products already procured by and licensed to the State. This project aims to develop a solution that facilitates the efficient and accurate collection of annual emissions inventory reporting forms, various compliance reporting forms, and supplemental documentation from Colorado's regulated operations. The division’s vision is to create an agile and turnkey solution for reporting emissions related to criteria, toxic air contaminants (TACs), and greenhouse gases (GHGs), including data alignment with other systems.
