NPSS1 CAAA 2024000069 - Notice of Proposed Sole Source - ICON Systems - Flush Valves & Plumbing Fixtures

The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) states herein its belief that only one source, I-CON Systems, exists from which to obtain specifically designed valves for correctional settings, made for rugged use to withstand offender use and are programmable for security purposes, this will assist CDOC with a reduction in cell flooding, and contraband disposal.

This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or an objection to the determination that I-CON Systems is the sole source from which to purchase these types of valves designed for correctional environments. Any such comments or objections concerning the purchasing from this proposed sole source vendor, may be sumitted through bidnetdirect.com//cdoc
