NPSS 2025000139 - Notice of Proposed Sole Source - Data Recognition Corporation (DRC)

The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) states herein its belief that only one source, Data Recognition Corporation (DRC), exists from which to obtain TABE Educational Testing supplies and Online administration services. Due to the copyright held by DRC, the testing products and LAS Test Links are needed for continued education and skill assessment of offenders statewide. 
This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or an objection to the determination that Data Recognition Corporation is the sole source from which to purchase TABE Educational Testing Services & Supplies. Any such comments or objections concerning the purchasing from this proposed sole source vendor, may be submitted through bidnetdirect.com//cdoc
Notices are published for 3 business days in accordance with C.R.S. 21-106-103(5).
