The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) states herein its belief that only one source, Johnson Controls Inc., exists from which to obtain an upgrade to the existing Metasys BAS Licensed Software and Equipment Control system at Colorado Territorial Facility. Due to the current configuration, previously provided by Johnson Controls, the proprietary technology specifically designed to suit facility needs must be upgraded with the same technology and equipment.

This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or an objection to the determination that Johnson Controls Inc. is the sole source from which to purchase the software, firmware, and upgraded services to reasonably meet CDOC needs. Any such comments or objections concerning the purchasing from this proposed sole source vendor, must be submitted through bidnetdirect.com//cdoc
