The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) states herein its belief that only one source, EBSCO IND Inc., exists from which to obtain a commercial off the shelf Educational Research Database for incarcerated individuals. Access to this Database can only be authorized through EBSCO IND Inc, and is the only known research database designed to work for correctional education environments.

This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or an objection to the determination that EBSCO IND Inc. is the sole source from which to purchase the material listed above. Any such comments or objections must be submitted through bidnetdirect.com//cdoc.

This notice has been published for 3 business days in accordance with C.R.S. 21-106-103(5).
