This equipment will be used in the manufacturing of license plates at Colorado Territorial Correctional Facility with specific requirements. This RFP requires a Mandatory Site Visit to be eligible for award.

Mandatory Site Visit
i.
Site Visit scheduled for December 2, 2025 at 9:00am MST. Offerors interested in submitting a proposal to this solicitation must attend this mandatory site visit to view the location where the Complete Blanking Line Equipment will be installed. Only Offerors who attend this site visit will be considered for this award.
ii.
Site Visit Location: Colorado Territorial Correctional Facility, 275 W. Hwy 50, Canon City, CO 81212
iii.
Site Visit Contact: Lucas Crocker, CCi Tag Plant Supervisor. Please send an email to Lucas Crocker (lucas.crocker@state.co.us) no later than November 26, 2025 by 12:00pm MST to request entry into CTCF. All visitors must be added to the Facility Access List prior to the scheduled Site Visit.

Access also requires a completed and signed Consent to Search Form – Attachment B. Please return the consent form to the location staff member listed above. All attendees must clear background check prior to the Mandatory Site Visit.
