Notice is hereby given that Castle Pines Metro District, Colorado (the "District") will receive bids by electronic submission through BidNet® on the Rocky Mountain Bid System:

Bids must be submitted by January 19th, 2022 10:00 A.M. for: CPMD LDA-10R AND DE-10R WELL MAINTENANCE project. Question acceptance deadline is January 14th at 2:00 P.M.
The plans and specifications for the CPMD LDa-10R and De-10R Well Maintenance are available electronically via BidNet®. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to make final determination in the event of duplications. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for opening thereof.
This contract is for well maintenance on CPMD Wells LDa-10R and De-10R including pump and motor replacement and well rehabilitation, all as more specifically set forth in the Specifications. The project location is shown on the attached Figure 1.
The District reserves the right to award the contract by sections, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein, and all Bidders shall agree that damage or claim shall not be brought by any bidder because of rejections, nor shall the Bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the District because of such rejections, and the filing of any bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the Bidder to these conditions. Incomplete Bids received by the District shall be rejected from consideration. All Bids are prepared and submitted to District at the Bidder’s expense, and all Bids become a District record and therefore a public record.
