2025.01 - 2025 Sports Equipment Bid

Please quote below, lowest prices, which must include all delivery charges (including freight, express and parcel post) unless otherwise specified, for purchasing merchandise or invoices described below.  With the current shipping availability issues, we will need to know how soon each product would be available to be shippped to us.  Also, we are Title-32 Special District and therefore, tax exempt.  Feel free to bid on as many or as few items as you wish.  Bids are due by Wednesday, March 26th at 5:00pm mountain standard time.  Bids will be opened on Thursday, March 27th at the Recreation District office.  Bid awards will be announced the week of March 31st. **Not all items may be awarded. Bids will be awarded based on quality as well as pricing. Lowest bidded prices will not be guaranteed the award.**
