The Brighton Housing Authority (“BHA”), located at 22 South 4th Avenue Suite 202, Brighton, CO 80601,
will be accepting proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified and professional individuals or firms who are
legally and qualified persons or companies (the “Applicant”) to provide specialized accounting services
pertaining to low-income housing tax credit (“LIHTC”) applications, awards and projects (“Projects” or
“Services”) for BHA in Brighton, Colorado and maintain program integrity in accordance with federal and
state regulations.
