SOQ-5252-10 - Professional Creative Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Commissioners’ Office is seeking qualifications from creative professionals (e.g., graphics and e-newsletter designers, videographers, social media specialists, etc., including consultants for each of these services) to provide graphic design, video scripting and filming, and other creative services to Boulder County offices and departments. We are not seeking Web site designers at the time, but Web communications support (e-news, online graphics support, coordinated print/Web campaigns, etc.) does fall under this solicitation.  The purpose of this solicitation is to prepare a pre-qualified list of creative professionals to provide design and media services to Boulder County on an as-needed basis. All pre-qualified vendors may be required to enter into a Continuing Services Contract, not to exceed $20,000, for the 2010 contract year with an optional two-year written renewal. However, by entering into a Continuing Services Contract, there is no guarantee that any work will be directed to the contractor.
