The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department (BCPOS) is seeking solicitations from
qualified Contractors for the performance of agricultural irrigation system maintenance for
approximately thirty-two (32) Parks and Open Space owned and leased irrigation systems.
Contractor will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and/or performing maintenance and
repair services which may include, but are not limited to: plumbing (pipelines, etc.), electrical,
system alignment issues, gear boxes, drive motors, drive shafts, wheel’s/tires, bridging, drops and nozzles, end guns and booster pumps, ponds, pond pumps and correcting overturned systems. Contractor must be able to respond to emergency and after hour repair services as needed. Projects and repairs must be completed in a timely, cost-effective, and quality workmanship manner. Contractor must possess a current Boulder County Contractor’s “M” License. Work performed must be in compliance with state and local building and/or Land Use codes.
Project limits are not to exceed $100,000.00 per year for all Contractors listed to provide
maintenance services.
