Description

The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department, Agricultural Resource Management Division, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the leasing of the Haley Agricultural Open Space property and Mayhoffer Farm Open Space property.
 
A Mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting and property tour is scheduled for 9:00 a.m., December 15, 2017 at the Boulder County Parks and Open Space Administrative Building, 5201 St. Vrain Road, Longmont, Colorado 80503. Please allow 2 hours for the meeting and tour. A representative from your company must be in attendance at the meeting. Bids from firms/individuals not represented at the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will not be accepted.
 
Written Inquiries
All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at
purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 4:00 p.m. December 22, 2017. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than December 28, 2017.

Submittals are due at the Administrative Services Information Desk (please note new address below) or the email box (preferred) listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on January 5, 2018.
