Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Parks & Open Space Department is seeking proposals for the restoration of buildings listed to pre-flood condition/cleanliness and/or the removal of affected materials within the building. Contractors must be a licensed, environmental clean-up company. Specifications and a sample contract with a FEMA specific addendum are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached addendum as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all FEMA requirements set forth in that addendum.
