SOQ-5228-09 - Environmental Assessment Services Phase I and Phase II

Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Parks and Open Space, Real Estate Division is seeking qualifications from qualified Environment Assessment Firms in the following disciplines:  Environmental Site Assessment, including soil sampling and water sampling. 

The work will consist of performing Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments of proposed and existing County properties and interests in properties. 

The purpose of this solicitation is to prepare a pre-qualified list of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessment Firms to work on a project-by-project basis. All pre-qualified vendors may be required to enter into a Continuing Services Contract, not to exceed $50,000.00 for the 2010 contract year with an optional three-year written renewal. However, by entering into a Continuing Services Contract, there is no guarantee that any work will be directed to the bidder.
