Description

Notice is hereby given that Boulder County will accept sealed bids for the MECHANICAL & PLUMBING work for the Boulder County East Wing Remodel located at 2024 14th Street, Boulder, CO 80302.
 
Boulder County to act the General Contractor on this project and will hold the building permit associated, which includes the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes. No permit fees will be required for this BID.
 
ITEM #1: MECHANICAL SCOPE BID:
Procure and install all required materials and equipment specified for the Mechanical scope per the Mechanical drawing set.
 
ITEM #2: PLUMBING SCOPE BID:
Procure and install all required materials and equipment specified for the Plumbing scope per the Plumbing drawing set.
 
ITEM #3: COMBINED M&P SCOPE BID:
Procure and install all required materials and equipment specified for the Mechanical & Plumbing scope per the Mechanical & Plumbing drawing sets.
 
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE & Job Walk will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2017, 8:30 am at the Project Site located at 2025 14th Street, Boulder, CO 80302. We will meet just
inside the main entrance located on the East side of the building. BIDS FROM FIRMS NOT ATTENDING THE PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
 
Submittals are due at the Administrative Services Front Desk or the email box (preferred) listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on Tuesday, August 1, 2017.
