The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department (BCPOS) is seeking proposals for development of a Construction and Maintenance Standards Handbook for managing the construction and maintenance of its current and planned open space constructed assets. One section of the Handbook shall include, but not limited to, construction of trails, trail structures (e.g. bridges, retaining walls, etc.), parking lots, restrooms, kiosks, shelters, roadways, access roads, signs, and other park facilities. The second section of the Handbook shall include maintenance of the facilities listed in the construction section. The successful proposer will have 280 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued to complete the project.
*Note: Due to funding Boulder County may select all Bid Items or a portion of the Bid Items. BCPOS would like to extend the contract with the successful proposer for completing the manual if all portions of the bid items cannot be funded in 2018.
