Summary: The Boulder County Clerk & Recorder’s Office is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for ballot printing and mailing support. 

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: will be held on March 18, 2015 from 9:00AM to 11:00 AM at the Clerk & Recorders Office located at 1750 33rd St. Boulder, CO 80301 in the Houston Room. Proposals from firms not represented at the mandatory, pre-proposal meeting, and site visit will not be accepted. 

Written Inquiries: All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 4:00 p.m. March 20, 2015. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than March 26, 2015. 

Submittal Instructions: Submittals are due at the Administrative Services Front Desk or the email box (preferred) listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 3, 2015.
