Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Administrative Services Department, Resource Conservation Division, is requesting proposals from qualified and licensed vendors for mountain transfer station and spring cleanup services for the calendar year of 2010.
Specifications and a Sample Contract are attached.
Any questions regarding this request must be submitted via email to Seth Meisinger smeisinger@bouldercounty.org, Mary Mckibben mmckibben@bouldercounty.org or faxed to (303) 441-4524 by Wednesday, December 2nd, 10:00 a.m. The County's answers will follow via fax or email no later than Monday, December 4th, 4:00 p.m. There will be no pre-proposal conference, and questions asked by proposers will only be responded to through the above process.
Proposals are due in the Purchasing Office for time and date stamping by 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 11, 2009. One unbound copy of your proposal, printed double-sided, 11 point, on at least 100% post-consumer, recycled paper must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked as RFP #5230-09, and delivered to the Purchasing Division, 2020 13th Street, 1st Floor, Boulder, CO 80302, or mailed to Boulder County Purchasing, P.O. Box 471, Boulder, CO 80306. All Overnight, Express and Priority Mail should be directed to the above street address. All proposals must be received and time and date stamped in the Purchasing Office by the due date and time. Any proposals received after due time and date will be returned unopened to the proposer. No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted.
