BTWC has been awarded two grants from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Watershed Resilience Pilot Program for the restoration of the Big Thompson River at Reaches 30 and 31, between Rossum Drive and Wilson Avenue, west of Loveland, Colorado (WI18-109), and a ditch infrastructure repair and resiliency project at the Rist-Goss Ditch (WI18-110), located 200’ upstream of the Namaqua Avenue Bridge, in Loveland, Colorado. The Rist-Goss Ditch site is located within the Rossum-Wilson project area.

DATE/TIME: Thursday, September 19, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., followed by a site visit at approx. 10:00 pm
LOCATION: Namaqua Park, 730 N. Namaqua Avenue, Loveland, CO
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held during the date/time noted above to provide proposers an opportunity to tour the restoration site and receive clarification ether on-site or through follow-up correspondence. Reasonable accommodations can be made for persons with disabilities if 48 hours of advance notice is provided. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss this Request for Proposals (RFP) and to provide assistance to proposers in the interpretation of this RFP or any of its terms and conditions. Attendees should be prepared to walk along the river in weather typical for this time of year. Each proposal must include all items described in the LIST OF RFP APPENDICES AND EXHIBITS, Page 1 of the RFP. All proposals shall be enclosed in an envelope or box, addressed to BTWC, showing on the face thereof the name of the proposer and the project, submitted as instructed in the RFP (page 1 of this document). Proposals that do not include all exhibits and requested documents will be considered incomplete and will be removed from consideration.
