Summary of Specifications:
The District intends to enter into an agreement with a beverage vendor to provide carbonated and non-carbonated products for all District beverage vending locations as well as providing product to be used at school events and stadium athletic events in compliance with Colorado State Law – Healthy Beverages Policy sections §22-32-134, §22-32-136 (3) (a) (ll), §22-30.5-505, and §22-30.5-517, Colorado Revised Statutes §22-32-134.5.
