Summary of Specifications:
The Patch, Seal, and Striping of the existing parking lots of the Ivy Hill Townhomes property. 1) Patching of all marked areas needs to include saw cutting, removal, and haul-away of existing asphalt and the installation of full depth asphalt. 2) Asphalt mix design needs to conform to the City of Aurora specifications. 3) After all patchwork is complete, a seal coat is to be installed in accordance with the attached Asphalt Sealcoat Manufacturers Association (ASMA) specifications. 4) Restriping of the existing lot in the same layout in Hazard Yellow (see attached specification by Acrybar) is to be included in the proposal. 5) All proposals to include full labor, materials, and disposal of related debris to complete this project. 6) A warranty of five years labor/workmanship/material is desired.

A VOLUNTARY CONTRACTOR WALK WILL BE CONDUCTED ON May 31st AT 9:00 AM. MEET AT IVY HILL TOWNHOMES; no OFFICE.
