The Aurora Housing Authority (AHA) invites you to submit a financing proposal for any combination of the following for the Fitzsimmons Veterans project:
a. Construction loan
b. Permanent loan
c. Federal LIHTC tax credit equity
d. State of Colorado tax credit equity
This is a 59-unit new construction project that was awarded a preliminary reservation of both non-competitive 4% Federal LIHTC and State Tax Credits by CHFA in the Fall of 2020, revised January 2021. At this time, AHA is seeking a letter of intent outlining the terms of your proposed financing. AHA will review these responses with the intent of selecting its financing partners for the project.
