SUMMARY The Housing Authority of the City of Aurora is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform various exterior improvement repairs at two properties, Ivy Hill and Summersong Townhomes.

Grand Avenue) Deadline for Written Questions - July 9, 2014 Addenda Posting (if Necessary) - July 14, 2014 Deadline for Submission of Response (emailed, no hard copies please) - July 21, 2014 Announcement of Award - On or about July 28, 2014

All communications originating from AHA and Medici Construction Management, including addenda, changes to deadlines and other pertinent information, will be transmitted via postings to the Proposals and Quotes page of AHA’s website (www.aurorahousing.org). As such, respondents are encouraged to reference this website often during the procurement period in order to stay appraised of important information.
INQUIRIES AND ADDENDA Replies to questions that may be posed at the pre-response site conference (if such conference takes place) may be qualified or changed in subsequently posted addenda. All other questions must be submitted via email to the email addresses listed in Section 6 of this RFP prior to July 9, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. Any verbal answers that may be offered are not binding on any party. Replies to questions, including those replies offered at the conference, will be made by addenda and posted to AHA’s website by July 14, 2014.
