Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver or University) seeks to retain a firm (or team) to provide skilled Owner’s Representative (OR) Services and Operational Advisory (OA) services to act as MSU Denver’s agent in the organization, planning, administration, oversight and coordination of the multi-funded Student Housing & Classroom to Career Hub on the Auraria Campus. This project is a P3 inclusive of a fee-developer, Columbia Ventures (CV), and the Auraria Higher Education Campus (Auraria). The successful firm will interact with campus stakeholders, the project committee, senior leaders and will provide planning, procurement, oversight and management services for all project team members. The successful firm (or team) must also demonstrate skill, expertise and experience to meet the Owner’s Representative and Operational Advisory requirements described within this document. MSU Denver may utilize this solicitation and selection to award similar work within on year of issuance.
