AHEC-22700-R - On-Call Contractor / Service Provider – Small Construction – Pre Qualification

Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) intends to select a list of pre-qualified Contractors/Service Providers to perform various trade services for on-call/as-needed projects throughout the entire Auraria Higher Education Center Campus, which also includes the Community College of Denver (CCD), Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver), and University of Colorado-Denver (UCD), from $50,000 up to $500,000.00.  Each project shall adhere to the procurement rules and shall include bonding requirements as deemed necessary.

AHEC reserves the right to add or remove Contractors/Service Providers; refer to Section 2: Scope of Services for more details.
