It is the intent of the Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) Procurement Services Office to receive quotes on behalf of the Auraria Early Learning Center (AELC) for the Auraria Early Learning Center Food Program supplies and delivery.
The AELC operates with the USDA food program and complies with USDA guidelines for the ordering and preparation of foods in order to provide three meals, breakfast, lunch and snack, for approximately two hundred and fifty (250) children each day. Due to the size and nature of this program, affordability and quality are key determining factors in the program’s success.
