Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver) invites submittals from qualified Architect/Engineer firms to lead the University through the design and construction administration of the Auraria Events Center Pool Infill and Renovation project.

In order to meet occupancy and substantial completion by August 2027, firms interested in submitting qualifications for this project should not only have the necessary recreation and/or event facility experience but also be able to begin work immediately.

The building was constructed in the mid-1970s and has only received relatively minor renovations.
