A pre-proposal conference will be held at the Library District’s Support Services Building, 12855 East Adam Aircraft Circle, Englewood, Colorado, 80112. The meeting will provide potential vendors with an opportunity to tour the facilities, discuss the Library District requirements, discuss the specifications related to the project and ask questions about the RFP (REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL). The overall general and local conditions of the sites may affect the cost and performance of the contract, therefore attendance at the meeting is encouraged. A tour of the Library District facilities will be offered at the pre-proposal conference. If potential vendors decline the tour, no additional tours will be conducted by Library District staff. All conference attendees will receive maps of the Library District facilities indicating the service areas.
