The Arapahoe Library District (Library District) is seeking proposals from qualified, reliable Vendors to provide landscape maintenance from February 14, 2026 – February 13, 2031. Under a five-year contract with two possible one-year renewals. The Library District is committed to upholding the highest standards of outdoor aesthetics, safety, and functionality across all its properties. This dedication is reflected in the Landscaping and Maintenance Services Request for Proposal (RFP). The Library District aims to provide well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing outdoor environments for patrons and staff, ensuring that all landscaping and grounds maintenance meet professional standards across all library locations.
