Description

Arapahoe County is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to establish a contract for the supply and prompt delivery of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. This solicitation is brand name only and limited to Motorcraft and AC Delco OEM parts to ensure compatibility, performance, and reliability for County fleet vehicles.
These parts are critical to the ongoing maintenance and repair operations managed by the County’s Fleet Services Division. The goal is to maintain County vehicles using high-quality, manufacturer-approved components that support safety, minimize downtime, and extend vehicle life.
The County may award to one or more vendors. Awarded vendor(s) must be able to provide:

Competitive pricing
Fast and reliable delivery (including the ability for multiple deliveries per day, if needed)
Consistently responsive customer service throughout the contract term
