1. A mandatory pre-solicitation meeting will be held April 30, 2024, at 10:30 am at the Arapahoe County Centrepoint Plaza, 14980 E Alameda Ave., Aurora CO 80012 to discuss the Specifications and walk the space for the project. The meeting will be held in the Glendale Conference Room. Because contractors will have NO access to the space outside the pre-solicitation meeting, a representative of the Contractor must attend this mandatory meeting to qualify to respond to this solicitation.
Contractors are advised to bring subcontractors who will be performing the work if awarded to the pre-solicitation meeting.

Contractors who fail to arrive at the meeting point prior to the scheduled starting time (our clock) shall be considered non‑responsive and ineligible for award.
Please allow adequate time for this process and do not bring any weapons or contraband into the facility as you will not be allowed into the facility.
