PRE‑SOLICITATION MEETING IS MANDATORY: A mandatory pre-solicitation meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams, on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 @ 2:00 PM to discuss the Specifications. A representative of the Contractor must attend this mandatory meeting in order to qualify to respond to this Solicitation.
Contractors who fail to sign into Microsoft Teams at the scheduled starting time (our clock) shall be considered non‑responsive and ineligible for award.
