The goal of the project is to repair the roof of the Administration building at 5334 South Prince Street, Littleton, CO 80120 in a timely manner to prevent further damage. Currently, there are temporary patches in place on the roof, however it is urgent that permanent repairs be completed as soon as possible.
Pre-solicitation meeting and walk-through is mandatory: A mandatory pre-solicitation meeting will be held 4/24/2025, at 9 AM at the Arapahoe County Administration Building, 5334 S Prince St, Littleton, CO 80120 to discuss the Specifications and walk the space for the project. The meeting will be held in the Pikes Peak Conference Room. Because contractors will have NO access to the space outside the pre-solicitation meeting, a representative of the Contractor must attend this mandatory meeting to qualify to respond to this solicitation.
Contractors who fail to arrive at the meeting point prior to the scheduled starting time (our clock) shall be considered non‑responsive and ineligible for award. Please allow adequate time for this process and do not bring any weapons or contraband into the facility as you will not be allowed into the facility.
