Location is at the Apex Center (13150 W 72nd Ave., Arvada, CO 80005. Sealed proposals will be received at the Apex Center until 2:00pm local time, on Friday, April 21st, 2017. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. No proposal may be withdrawn within a period of thirty (30) days after the deadline to receive proposals. The owner reserves the right to award contracts by sections, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.
