Stormwater Utility was established in 2013 as an independent funding mechanism to pay for the cost of services related to the implementation of the stormwater management program in Adams County. As the county has developed, the impact on the storm sewer system increases. In order to maintain the existing system and mitigate the impact of future development the Stormwater Utility Policy manual and incorporated fee schedule needs to be updated.
