25-019 - CM/GC Services for Thornton High School and Future Forward at Bollman

Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the phased rebuild of Thornton High School and the rebuild of the North wing of Future Forward @ Bollman (the Project). Both buildings share the same campus, which will be fully occupied throughout the Project. Qualifed CM/GC's must have project history of similar size, scope, relevance and budget (no less than a $75M construction cost) within the past six (6) years, in the State of Colorado.
