A non-mandatory prebid conference will be held at 11 a.m. local time on December 11th, 2025 located at 5072 Benson Road, Union City, CA 94587-2508. Immediately following the pre-bid conference, a voluntary site visit will be conducted for in-person attendees. While attendance at the pre-bid conference and site visit are not required, all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to participate.

If bidders wish to schedule additional voluntary site visits, they must contact the District’s Project Manager, Kevin Chun, at (510) 477-7608. Requests must be made at least 72 business hours in advance. All site visits must be conducted in the presence of the District’s Project Manager or their designee.
