The Town of Apple Valley (“Town”) will receive sealed bids for the Apple Valley Sherif’s Department AC Replacement Project (“Project”) at the office of the Town Clerk no later than April 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at which time or thereafter bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) Working Days after the bid opening date.
